The best time to post content on Twitter depends entirely on who you’re trying to reach:

For Business to Business (B2B) targeting, it’s 11:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

For Business to Consumer (B2C) targeting, the best times are before 9:00 am or after 6:00 pm.
